Periscope Tips for Online Retailers- Broadcast your Boutique
Have you heard of Periscope yet? Are you using it for your online boutique?
Periscope is an iPhone and Android app that allows you to broadcast live video to your followers and interact with them while you’re online. I’ve used it for live Q&A, feedback Friday, and to keep you up to date with what’s going on with in Online Boutiquing world.
Periscope is a great way to show off your products, show your fashion expertise, and get to know your customers. It’s quickly become a great tool for online service providers to connect and grow their audience, but there is little on how online retailers can use it.
Recently in the Online Boutique Source society FB group I was asked for help on how to make periscope work for online retailers, so I jumped on Periscope (of course) and did a quick scope cast with tips on how you can use Periscope to get says and grow your loyal fans base.
In the video some of the tips I share are are things like discuss trends and who’s wearing what, show pics of popular stars what they are wearing and talk about it and how to get it, especially if it’s similar to stuff you sell.
